This cosmetic procedure is meant for those who have moderate skin sagging and less fat deposits to be removed. Fat deposits are removed through liposuction. After removing excess skin, remaining is tucked under the armpit leaving a slight scar.


It is an option for people who have excess fat in arms however; the skin is elastic enough to shrink back to its original form. In some cases, it is an added procedure performed with standard arm lift surgery.

Who is the right candidate for this procedure?

People who have lost a significant amount of weight and have large deposits of loose skin in the area of excess fat are the right candidate for this procedure. one should be at least of 18 years of age and above, emotionally stable, physically healthy and have realistic expectations from the arm lift surgery.


It is performed under general anaesthesia and lasts for about an hour or two.
